About Jesse Geguzis LCSW, MEd.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I work alongside clients to encourage vulnerability and build resiliency. I hold dual master’s degrees in social work and human sexuality, a trauma certificate, and Beck CBT certification. I am an eclectic, trauma-informed, strength-based therapist. I work with individual adults, couples, and non-monogamous relationships, using a healthy dose of humor and sensitivity.

As a non-binary, transmasculine individual, I understand how intersecting oppressions for minority and underserved populations can be a heavy load to carry. I specialize in gender and sexual identity work with curious and questioning folks in the LGBTQIA+ community and transition-related therapy for adults. I also love attachment-based sex and relationship therapy and am particularly drawn to ethical non-monogamy. Other specialties include sexual difficulty, kink, BDSM, and trauma.

I have a natural curiosity about what makes you you. My goal is always to create a space where you can show up honestly and feel what you need to feel. I take a trauma-informed approach regardless of what brings you to therapy. From there, I work to build a real, trusting relationship—one where growth happens and you start telling a different story about yourself. Together, we dig into self-discovery with genuine curiosity and care, and without judgment.
