Damon believes that by working together, each of us has the potential to create they change we seek. He is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with experiencing providing both individual and relationship counseling. Damon collaborates with his clients to create a safe space where they can heal, grow, and understand themselves more deeply. Using a person-centered approach, Damon works with his clients to create both goals and a plan. He draws on tools from Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness based therapies.

Damon specializes in working with Identity issues. He is an Identity Issues Topic Expert at Goodtherapy.org. Damon has provided counseling to trans*, lesbian, gay, bisexual and queer youth at the Attic Youth Center since 2007 and in his private practice since 2010.

Damon is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has been practicing for eight years in the Philadelphia area providing individual and relationship counseling, consultation, and training. He earned his Masters in Social Work and Doctorate in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University.
Damon’s training and teaching experience informs his counseling. He has provided workshops for behavioral health clinicians at both regional and national conferences including the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference, and Bryn Mawr College. Damon is a member of the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work, the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, and Kappa Delta Pi, an International Honors Society in Education.
